Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Gardens World, an individual online retailer at 104, Berasia Road, New Beriyar, Lambakheda, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462038, India. Using the site or placing an order means you accept these terms. They are governed by Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and any dispute goes to the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Orders and prices

• An order is an offer. It becomes a contract when we send the dispatch confirmation.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include everything except the shipping charge shown at checkout.
• Free shipping applies from ₹999; below that a flat ₹59 is added.
• We may refuse or cancel an order — a pricing error, an unserviceable pin code, or stock that fails our own check. You get the full amount back.

Products, images and descriptions

Photographs are of the item we stock, taken or supplied for that item. Colour varies between screens, and terracotta and galvanised metal vary between batches. Dimensions are the manufacturer’s and may differ by a few millimetres.

Use of this site

• The text, photographs and layout here belong to Gardens World. Copying them for another shop is not permitted.
• Do not attempt to break, scrape or overload the site.
• Product content is for describing what is in the box, not gardening advice for your particular plants.

We are not liable for indirect loss — a plant that died, a balcony repainted around a planter that was later returned. Our liability is capped at what you paid for the order.
