There is no walk-in counter at this address — it is a storage and packing unit, and there is nobody at the door to serve customers.
We have no WhatsApp business line and no live chat. If a page elsewhere offers you either in our name, it is not us.
What to send with your message
- Your order number, if you already have one.
- The delivery pin code — it decides the estimate we can give you.
- For a damaged parcel: the unboxing video and photographs, sent within 48 hours of delivery.
- For a product question: the size you are looking at and where it will stand.
Please do not send bank details, card numbers or one-time passwords to us. We never ask for them, and we cannot use them.
