A shop for balconies, not for farms

Gardens World sells pots, hangers, raised beds and hand tools for balcony and terrace gardening in India. Our business is based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Why this shop exists

Many gardening ranges in India are designed for homes with ground space. Gardens World focuses on the practical needs of balcony and terrace gardeners in urban homes. We select products against practical considerations: drainage, railing fit, the floor space a pot actually takes, and whether one person can carry it up a lift.

We are an online-only retailer. There is no showroom to visit and no nursery behind the shop. We buy stock, photograph it, store it and dispatch orders to customers across India. We prefer to describe the business plainly rather than make claims we cannot substantiate.

What we do and do not sell

  • Planters and pots — plastic, ceramic, terracotta and self-watering.
  • Hanging planters and railing boxes for balconies with limited floor space.
  • Galvanised raised beds for terraces and larger open-roof spaces.
  • Hand tools — tool sets, kneelers and hori-hori knives.
  • Watering and plant support — expandable hoses, trellises and plant clips.

We do not sell live plants, seeds, soil or manure.

We do not provide plant-care consultancy, and we do not present our product information as professional horticultural advice.

How an order is handled

Packing
Orders are packed by hand in Bhopal. Ceramic items are packed in a rigid carton with protective infill.
Dispatch
Generally within 1-2 business days after payment clears; orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed the same business day where possible.

What we are careful not to claim

We do not display customer reviews on this site, because we do not currently hold a set of reviews we can independently verify. We do not claim manufacturer warranties unless a particular product is explicitly covered by one, and we do not publish awards, membership figures or other claims we cannot evidence.

Our business is currently below the applicable GST registration threshold and is not registered for GST. We therefore do not charge GST separately on our orders and do not issue GST tax invoices.

When a listing describes a product as ceramic, that description comes from the product or its packaging. Where a material is unclear, the listing says so rather than guessing.
